Happy Birthday! I'm sorry it was somewhat of a bummer for you. I spent mine at a parade in a tiny town in North Dakota for a family reunion (my husband's family). It was fine though, and better than WalMart and no air-conditioning!

Wow. That does sound like an exciting day out. Mine was back on the tenth and was so boring, I can't even tell you what we did (I did NOT go to Walmart and get bad news, so I think you win).
