He is Risen, Indeed!
This is how I arose this morning: my 3 year old nephew saying "Good morning, Aunt Painted!" and then, at the top of his deep throated lungs "KITTY!!!!" as he chased a terrified Shakespeare down the hallway.
Happy Easter!

Happy Easter. He is risen, indeed.
3-year-olds always know how to bring the "RISEN" thing to Easter!
Happy and Joyous Easter!
Happy Easter, PM! The priest mentioned today that in some places, people still greet each other on Easter morning by saying "He is risen!" and replying, "Indeed, He is risen!" I never knew about this, and so I was intrigued to see your post today.
Indeed!
I know it probably didn't feel like it this morning, but 3 is such a cute age :)
Hope you had a great day today!
This morning, my husband woke up bright eyed and bushy-tailed. "Listen! There are birds singing!" he said. To which I replied..."They aren't singing. They are cold and are begging to be let in the freaking house."
Happy Easter! :)
Happy Easter to you! He is risen indeed!
Happy Easter, PM! Too funny.
I had a cat gagging up a fur ball in the dark this morning and a boy barreling in to see if it was Easter yet. Luckily he managed to sidestep the fur ball...
Alleluia!
Happy Easter!
Oh I love that.
Happy Easter PM!
How cute! Isn't it adorable when it happens in someone else's house?
Hope you had a great weekend and some rest (mental relaxation) with your family that's visiting.
Happy Easter! I'm sure Shakespeare is off somewhere plotting his revenge:-)
Happy Easter -- I know what you mean!

Happy belated Easter to you, too!!!!
Well I made it here a couple days late, but the good news is: He's Still Risen today. And I'm still celebrating it. Happy Belated Easter, friend.
Very cute! Hope you all had a good Easter. Except, perhaps, poor Shakespeare?
Heidi
Our church had such a wonderful celebration that I was thoroughly let down to return home to a quiet house with no plans. Next year-- we brunch!
just miss ya.
that's all.
;-)
Belated Easter greetings!
Hey, are you an alto? Mr Earth found a song on YouTube that I think would be right up your alley. Search for Natalie Weiss singing "Alto's Lament". I'll send you the link if you can't find it.
